Dr. Kwok Li received his M.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 with honor and went on to serve his residency in the Louisiana State University at New Orleans where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Li is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is also an active member in several national and local medical societies: he is a fellow of the American College of Surgeon, a fellow of the
American Academy of Ophthalmology,
a member of the American Cataract and Refractive Surgery Society, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and Research to Prevent Blindness Society.
Dr. Li has received many certifications for
specialty courses he successfully completed, including VISX Excimer Laser System, LADARVision Excimer Laser System, WaveLight Excimer Laser System,
and IntraLase laser.
Dr. Li is fluent in English, Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese). |
